They talk to us as though we are having a conversation<br \/>\n2. They speak our language<br \/>\n3. They look as though they are enjoying themselves.<br \/>\n4. They inspire us to find out more about the subject<br \/>\n5. They tell stories\/use the human-interest angle<br \/>\n6. Someone who conjures up pictures in our mind<br \/>\n7. They don\u2019t talk for hours<br \/>\n8. They let us know where we are going<br \/>\n9. They look at us &#8211; not their notes<br \/>\n10. They stress important points and pause to allow ideas to sink in<br \/>\n11.
