Ric publishes ebooks and reports, writes articles for his 3 blogs and the 3VC newsletters, and has interviews in The Globe & Mail, The Toronto Sun and 24 Hours Toronto.He was interviewed twice live on the CBC National Morning Show in January 2008 and 2009, and in October 2008 was brought on as a Communication Expert to help a family in crisis for the W-Network TV show Save Us From Our House! Ric taught English in China and Business English in Russia.

Ross shares resources for the ESL community on his websites, and writes varied content-rich articles on his many blogs. Although his current specialty is Business English, Ross ran successful Kids English Camps in South Korea for multiple years, and created and ran a TESL Canada-certified TESL teacher training certificate course as well.
He is known to be calm, friendly and very knowledgeable about a great many things. He is always willing to share from his vast experience and points of reference, presented in an easy-to-understand way. He is infamous for telling jokes - not all of them bad either!
